As Kenyan rapper King Kaka marked his birthday on Tuesday, 7th, 2024, keen observers in Kenya began to speculate about the state of his marriage with Nana Owiti.
In her birthday message to King Kaka, Nana’s words lacked their usual warmth, prompting speculation about the dynamics of their relationship.
“A very happy birthday to a significant person who shares in the joy of our beautiful family. May your day be filled with love laughter and blessings,” Nana Owiti wrote.
Adding fuel to the speculation, Nana has removed several photos of them together from her social media accounts.
Currently, Nana is in the UK, where she has been seen enjoying English Premier League matches.
Earlier, Nana Owiti had shared publicly that she once separated from King Kaka for seven months due to his infidelity with a well-known singer, resulting in a child. Nana revealed the pain she experienced after King Kaka’s affair with singer Sage Chemtai and the subsequent birth of their child.
In an interview with Massawe Jappani on Radio Jambo, Nana spoke candidly about the betrayal, disclosing that they had been apart for seven months before reconciling. She admitted that the affair deeply wounded her, particularly as she was expecting their first child at the time.
“It was almost like the ultimate betrayal. We actually broke up for seven months before getting back together,” Nana confessed.
Despite the turmoil, Nana chose to forgive King Kaka after he expressed remorse for his actions.
