President William Ruto has officially enacted the IEBC (Amendment) Bill of 2024 into law at a ceremony held at KICC.

Joining President Ruto at the signing were Azimio leaders Raila Odinga and former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka, alongside National Assembly speaker Moses Wetangula and other dignitaries.

The bill, which was passed by Parliament, reflects the recommendations outlined in the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report.

Security personnel were strategically deployed along major routes and around venues from State House to KICC for the event.
