The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) has informed passengers that Terminal 1E at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, which handles international arrivals, will be temporarily closed starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, for essential rehabilitation works.

During this period, all affected airlines will be redirected to Terminal 1A. KAA emphasized that the decision was made to ensure the safety of both staff and passengers during the renovation.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time,” the KAA Corporate Communications department stated in the notice.
